The hotel had some positives like friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness, but the rooms were a bit tired and dated. The dining experience was a mix of good and poor options. The location, though central, had some drawbacks. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

While the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, it felt a bit small and dated. We even had to move furniture to make space for our luggage. Not ideal.

The service was excellent, with lovely and welcoming staff who went above and beyond, especially during breakfast. However, room service was lacking a bit compared to other places we visited during our trip. Some room for improvement here.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. Despite that, there were some noise disturbances from the street that affected our stay. Not the most peaceful location.
